Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone, I’ve managed to take a moment away from opening all my valentine’s day cards to bring you this week’s blog, and since it’s a day about love, I thought I’d talk about relationships.

In our industry it is common to consider a client a long term client after 2 or 3 years, but in the case of CMS in excess of 60% of our clients have been with us over a decade and some we have worked alongside for more than twenty years!
