CMS are proud to announce that for the first time they will be exhibiting at the Association of Electoral Administrators (AEA) annual seminar 2013. Each year, since 2005, the AEA has held an annual seminar and this year the seminar will be exclusively devoted to the transition to and implementation of Individual Electoral Registration (IER).

CMS decided to attend the event as several of our clients suggested we should go and spread the word about our services so that other councils can benefit; and with encouragement like that….who were we to say no!
So with the stand booked the team have all been busy preparing the stand displays and marketing material, and I have had a busy time making all the key decisions and following on from last week’s blog I have been put in charge of travel and accommodation!

The conference will be taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, NEC on Wednesday 11th September 2013 from 9am to 4.30pm and you will be able to find CMS on stand 12. To make it even easier it’s the stand with a picture of me on it!

We are looking forward to learning more about IER and the changes and challenges ahead, as well as meeting lots of lovely new people – we are told there are over 600 people in attendance – that should mean lots of fussing for me then!
