CMS Inbound Mail service ensures you receive all your mail quickly and efficiently without having to redirect post to multiple addresses or risk losing any important documentation.

We receive, open and scan your mail onto a secure, purpose built digital mailroom which we call the Document Activity Visual Engine, giving you and your team access no matter whether you’re in the office or at home. Created by our team of in-house developers, we can tailor user access to your requirements and setup workflows to ensure letters are accessed by the right people. We can also store original documents in our secure warehouse or return your mail via recorded delivery.

 How Does Inbound Mail Work?

Receive, sort and upload

We sort, scan and upload your letters onsite at our warehouse. Email notifications are sent as soon as new mail is uploaded.


Mail is stored on our secure Document Activity Visual Engine giving you access to view and download any time, any place. Originals can be stored onsite in our secure warehouse or return your mail via recorded delivery.

Payment Processing

We also manage payments that come through ensuring your finances stay up to date. Payment receipts will be made available on your account to view and download.

Return Documentation

Originals (including cherished documents) can either be sent on to you or back to the sender via recorded delivery. Mail receipts will be time and date stamped and uploaded to your account.
